The coordination and handling of our clients’ claims is the validation of the coverage placement strategy. IAS guides our clients in presenting all the documentation required by the insurance companies to expedite the processing of claims. Also, we coordinate and negotiate with the insurers the adequate and just compensation for the covered losses.

Also, as in any business endeavor subject to contract interpretation, we know that sometimes the claim resolution process becomes challenging. Our ultimate service goal is to persevere in obtaining a satisfactory claim resolution for our clients.
